Knotwork dwells at the fray of the paradigm that alienates us from the processes of life. We assemble among people, plants, and place to untangle the knots of oppression and weave new relations through practices of subsistence.
Our collective is anchored in an ethic that resists specialization, commodification, and separation. We uncover the relations already embodied in everyday materials and memories, weaving them into shared imaginaries and seeding material commons.
We bring no blueprints. We assemble situationally to tie our knotworks in real contexts. With critical humility, we ask how dwelling in these possibilities through everyday practices of subsistence might entangle us with the tapestry of life.
